Production

Nowadays, ASUTEX has manufacturing facilities in Spain (14.000 MT/year), in Portugal (1.000 MT/year), in Morocco (3.000 MT/year), and in Guangzhou - China (1.500 MT/year of printing pastes).

A new production plant has to start in January 2005, in Suzhou - China, with a capacity of 3.000 MT/year.

In some countries, and together with our local representatives, mixing and dilution installations have been set up to manufacture products from concentrated bases.

Production is divided into five sections:

• Liquid products (Products basically for preparation and dyeing in textile, and chemical auxiliaries for beamhouse, tanning, retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring in leather industry)

• Powder products (Enzymes basically for stone washing and buffers in textile, enzymes and retanning agents in leather industry, and flocculants for waste water treatment plants)

• Paste products (Speciality Pastes basically for printing)

• Flake products (Basically softeners and dispersing agents)

• Liquid Sulphur Black
